Электроизоляционные самослипающиеся термостойкие резиностеклоткани РЭТСАР предназначены для применения в электротехнической промышленности в качестве изоляции элементов обмоток электрических машин и аппаратов, работающих в условиях повышенной влажности и температуры. Ленты применяются для гибких шунтов и выводов электрических машин постоянного и переменного тока, электрических жгутов, кабелей, шин и токопроводов.

Ленты самослипающиеся термостойкие ЛЭТСАР получаются на основе силоксановых полимеров и вулканизируются радиационным методом. Применяются для изоляции гибких шунтов и выводов электрических машин постоянного и переменного тока, индукционных электропечей, высоковольтных трансформаторов, склейки, ориентирования, транспортировки и разработки полупроводниковых элементов, изоляции электрических кабелей, жгутов, шин и токопроводов. Благодаря эффекту самоусадки применение ЛЭТСАР помимо изоляции электротехнической продукции возможно и для герметичной механической гидроизоляции пластмассовых и противокоррозионной защиты металлических малоподвижных соединений трубопроводов и в иных областях, где исключается применение лент ПВХ.
